Bookings & Reservations
U-Pick Farm Visits

Farm visits must be booked in advance where required.

Visitors must adhere to posted hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Entry may be limited based on availability or weather conditions.
Flower Bar Events

Event bookings are confirmed only after availability is verified, and the required payment or deposit is received.

Final guest counts, package selections, and event details must be submitted by the agreed deadline before the event.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.
Payments

All pricing is listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods may include Square, WIX Payments, or other secure third-party processors.

Full payment or deposits may be required to secure bookings.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.
We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Specific cancellation terms will be outlined during the booking process and must be acknowledged before confirmation.

Deposits may be non-refundable.

Cancellations made within a specified time frame before an event may not qualify for a refund.

Weather-related adjustments for farm visits may be rescheduled where possible.

Farm Visit Disclaimer
By visiting Prokopchuk Petals Flower Farm, you acknowledge that:

You are entering a working agricultural property.

Uneven ground, insects, weather conditions, tools, and farm equipment may be present.

You assume all risks associated with visiting the property.
Children must be supervised at all times.
We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
Flower Bar Event Responsibility
For off-site Flower Bar events:

Clients are responsible for providing adequate space, access, and setup conditions.

We are not responsible for venue restrictions, power limitations, or weather impacts at third-party locations.

Damage caused by guests to equipment or materials may be the responsibility of the booking client.
Photography & Media
We may take photographs or videos during farm visits or events for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials).
If you do not wish to appear in photos, please notify us in writing before your visit or event.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Gift cards may be subject to expiration terms as indicated at purchase.
