Cancellation Policy

At Prokopchuk Petals Flower Farm, we understand that plans can change. Because we are a seasonal farm and event-based business, cancellations impact crop planning, staffing, and event preparation. The following policy helps us operate fairly and sustainably.

By booking a service or experience with us, you agree to the terms below.

U-Pick Flower Farm Visits

Standard Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled visit may be non-refundable.

Weather Conditions

Our farm operates outdoors and is weather-dependent.

In the case of severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, unsafe conditions), we may reschedule your visit.
Light rain or typical seasonal weather does not automatically qualify for cancellation.
Decisions regarding weather-related closures are made at our discretion.

Flower Bar Event Bookings

Flower Bar events require preparation, floral harvesting, and inventory planning.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure your event date.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

One reschedule request may be permitted, subject to availability.
Rescheduled events must occur within the same operating season (July–October), unless otherwise agreed.

Custom Orders & Large Group Bookings

For custom floral packages, large group farm bookings, or specialty events:

Once flowers have been harvested or prepared, payments are non-refundable.
Any custom or special-order items are final sale.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a booked farm visit or event without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Farm Closure or Business Cancellation

If Prokopchuk Petals Flower Farm must cancel due to:

Extreme weather
Crop failure
Illness
Emergency circumstances
Unforeseen operational issues

You will be offered:

A full refund, or
The option to reschedule

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Gift cards retain value until redeemed, subject to any expiration terms listed at purchase.

How to Cancel or Request Changes

All cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted:

We review all messages carefully and will respond as promptly as possible.

Policy Acknowledgment

By submitting a booking form, paying a deposit, or purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
