Welcome to Prokopchuk Petals Flower Farm.​ For the safety of all guests and to protect the integrity of our working farm, all visitors must read and agree to the following terms before entering the property.

By visiting the farm, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below.

Assumption of Risk

​

Prokopchuk Petals Flower Farm is a working agricultural property.

 

By entering the premises, you understand and acknowledge that inherent risks exist, including but not limited to:

  • Uneven ground, holes, mud, and natural terrain

  • Exposure to weather conditions (heat, wind, rain, sun)

  • Insects, bees, and other wildlife

  • Farm tools, equipment, and supplies

  • Slippery or unstable surfaces

  • Allergens, including pollen, plants, and grasses

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting the property.

Personal Responsibility

​

All visitors agree to:

  • Wear appropriate footwear suitable for farm terrain

  • Supervise children at all times

  • Follow posted signage and staff instructions

  • Use tools (such as flower snips) responsibly

  • Remain within designated guest areas

 

Guests who do not follow safety guidelines may be asked to leave the property.

Children & Minors

​

Children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for the safety and behaviour of minors accompanying them.

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prokopchuk Petals Flower Farm, its owners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Illness or allergic reactions

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • Accidents resulting from natural farm conditions

  • Incidents occurring due to failure to follow safety instructions

 

By entering the property, you release and hold harmless Prokopchuk Petals Flower Farm from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your visit.

Photography & Media

​

The farm is a public, experience-based environment. Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

​

If you prefer not to appear in photographs, please notify us before your visit.

​

Weather Acknowledgment

​

Farm visits occur outdoors and are subject to seasonal conditions.

 

You acknowledge that:

  • Conditions may be hot, windy, damp, or uneven.

  • We reserve the right to close the farm due to unsafe weather.

  • Light rain or typical outdoor conditions do not automatically qualify as unsafe.

Health & Allergies

​

Visitors with known allergies (including bee stings, pollen, or plant sensitivities) are responsible for bringing necessary medication (e.g., EpiPens).

​

We are not responsible for allergic reactions occurring on-site.

​

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By entering Prokopchuk Petals Flower Farm property, purchasing a ticket, or booking a visit, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understand this Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

  • You voluntarily accept all risks associated with visiting a working farm

  • You agree to release Prokopchuk Petals Flower Farm from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law
